When did all these start happening, did you make any recent changes to the system? Ok, don’t worry I will guide you through some steps here. Regards IE, please try the steps mentioned here in the link http://www.askiyogi.com/internet-internet-programs/5785.html for others follow these steps:
(a) Disconnect the scanner and printer.
(b) Uninstall the software for both hardware.
(c) Visit the hardware manufacturer website and download the latest compatible drivers/software for scanner and printer.
(d) Run a complete security software scan in your system after updating it.
(e) Check device manager for any device conflicts and remove it.
(f) Restart the system and install the software that you downloaded.
(g) Connect the hardware
(h) Run a Windows update.
