I cannot open a new tab in Internet Explorer 8. On opening a new tab, the browser hangs. On debgugging the error “Unhandled exception at 0x026add99 in iexplore.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x027912e4″ was displayed. Please help me. Thanks.

Also uninstall toolbars , may be some toolbar is corrupt.

Today morning when I opened Google Chrome on my Windows XP-based computer, there was the error message "Chrome.exe - Unable to locate component. This application has failed to start because nspr4.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." I clicked on 'OK' and the browser opened. But why did the error message come? Does anyone know about this?
