Which browser you are using? Please try the following steps:
(A) Start the browser in no addon mode.
(B) Reset the browser settings to defaults.
(C) Delete history, cookies and temp files.
(D) Try the steps mentioned in http://www.askiyogi.com/uncategorized/7713.html given below
• Try to reset the internet explorer settings
o Click on tools on the internet explorer->Click on Internet Options->click on Advanced ->click on reset
o Restart the internet explorer
o Check if the issue is resolved or not
• Try to check it in Safe Mode with Networking
o If it works fine in safe mode with Networking then we will check the security software settings.
o If it does not work in Safe mode as well then we will proceed to the Next step.
• Download and install Malwarebytes and HijackThis and run the scan from safe mode.
• Check the host file
o Open Windows Explorer
o Click on Tools, Folder Options, View tab
o Uncheck Hide Extensions for Known File Types
o Select Show hidden files and folders
o Click OK
o Navigate to \Windows\System32\Drivers\etc
o Open the file hosts (no extension) in Notepad (for example, right-click hosts and select Send To, Notepad)
o There should not be anything written below 127.0.0.1
o If there is anything written there, please delete it.
o Save the same file again.
