This could be happening due to problems like corrupted add-ons. Follow these steps:
• Close all windows.
• Type ‘inetcpl.cpl’ in Start>Run and press enter.
• Go to the ‘Advanced’ tab.
• Click ’Reset’.
• Follow the prompts.
Check if this fixes the problem.
