Google Chrome reports suspicious files as unsafe. You can however disable this feature.
To do so:
a) Open Google Chrome
b) Click on Preferences
c) Under the hood
d) Click on Content Settings
e) Click on Plugins
f) Click on disable individual plugins
g) Disable the plugin for which you do not want Chrome to report the download as unsafe.
