I am not able to install apps from the Google Chrome web store. The install button on the page of the apps is disabled. On my friend’s PC the Install buttons appear as enabled. Please help.

In your Chrome browser go to http://chrome.google.com/webstore and then open an application page, click on Add to Chrome and then if you are already logged in, it will ask you to install through a popup. Please perform these additional steps:

(a) Delete the cookies/history/temp files.
(b) Disable extensions and then try to download again.
(c) Update to the latest version of Chrome.

The message "A program is trying to access the web" is displayed when I open Internet Explorer 8. Two options are given: Allow or Disallow. The browser hangs and the program that was trying to access the web is shown as Silverlight.configuration.exe. Can anyone give suggestions for resolving this?
