It seems that the Internet Explorer files are causing the issue. We would need to optimize the Internet Explorer or re-install it
Please follow these steps:

a) Reset the Internet Explorer. To do so, follow these steps:
• Open Internet Explorer
• Click on tools, click on internet options
• Click on the advanced tab
• Click on reset twice
• Re-open Internet Explorer and check if you are still getting the same error
b) Re-install the Internet Explorer. To do so, download the latest version of the Internet Explorer and install it

If the issue is still not resolved, please re-post again
