Users should uninstall CA Parental Controls if the application files are corrupted.
The solution to the problem
Follow the instructions to uninstall CA Parental Controls if user has password:
Step 1-Click on ‘Start’ button and then click on ‘My Computer’.
Step 2-Double-click on ‘C:’ drive then click ‘Program Files’.
Step 3-Double-click on ‘CA’ and then double-click on ‘CA Parental Controls’
Step 4-Click on ‘Punstall.exe’.
Step 5- Ask customer to enter password if prompted for password.
Step 6-Follow the on screen instructions.
Step 7-Restart your computer system.
If the uninstallation has failed then you can use an uninstaller to perform the task.
