What is the exact model of the air card that you have? You can connect to the support at http://www.wireless.att.com/businesssupport/deviceGallery.do?make=ATT&universe=att to see if there is some software required. You can call 1-800-331-0500 to get the support at AT&T.

My hard drive is taking more space; it says it uses 420 GB when actually it uses only 324 GB. And I also checked my shadow-storage and it says it doesn't use any and only 64GB allocated for it, so what could it be? Help is appreciated.

I upgraded to windows 7 x64bit and now the DVDrom drive shows up but is not reading the discs, it rather asks me to insert disc and opens the drive, i already have a disk in there.

While I’m watching movies off of my external hard drive, it randomly freezes and the system stops recognizing the hard drive. It works fine if I pull it out and plug it in again, but only for some time.
