You have not mentioned the model number of your system. It may be possible the drivers are corrupt or some settings have gone bad. Please click on Start>Control Panel>Mouse and then click the option to change Touchpad settings, there go to scroll bar and see if it is enabled. The touchpad utility must be installed in your system. If not, download the latest drivers and software for your system touchpad from the link http://support.acer.com/us/en/default.aspx

I have recently upgraded my laptop from HDD to SSD. I did a system image backup and restored it successfully to my new SSD.However, the hidden system partition is located behind my boot partition, and there are unallocated disk space at the rear, which I cannot use extend partition to regain them back into my boot partition.
