If the HP 6480 is not powering on despite using a good known power strip, it may be the printer or the cable. Pleas reseat the power cable and swap the power socket in the strip, also try to connect directly to wall socket. If this does not work, try to identify any damage in the printer power socket in the printer. Also check if the green light is lit in the power adapter. If the light is not lit up, the adapter may be bad and need replacement. If the adapter is working, the issue may be with the printer and you will have to contact HP.

Must be a printer issue. Plugging in different socket or to the wall doesn't work. I don't even see a light on the power adapter. Thanks for trying.

My computer won't clear a qued item. I tried to cancel it in the printers and fax section but it won't cancel. I tried unplugging the printer and rebooting the computer to no avail. I assume it is jambed in the hard drive maybe? Please help.

I have installed the Kodak drivers on the Windows 7 computer and can print via its USB port. I have the Kodak 550 printer connected to a home networked computer running XP Professional. The home network consist of 3 computers. The other computer running Windows XP can print via the network. When I try to add the networked printer to Windows 7, it shows the networked printer but says it cannot connect. It has an operation failed error of 0x0000000d.

M goin crazy tryin to figure out y i can’t activate sharing locations on blackberry facebook. I hav a curve 8900, my GPS is turned on, location aiding is enabled but the GPS location is all zero's and I cant find bbmaps. and then when i go to facebook options, (share my location with facebook )is greyed out, and on facebook places it says( your location is temporarily not available ). Plz help. It’s drivin me nuts.

Recently purchased an HP Officejet 4500 Desktop printer/fax/scanner. I programmed the fax to auto answer/connect after 2 rings. It won't connect automatically, regardless of the number of rings. I have to be home when a fax is sent to me, in order to manually push the green start button to connect and receive. Any suggestions as to what I did wrong??

I have a geography essay which has to be in on Wednesday and whilst I was in school today, I finished my essay in my spare time where I stuck my USB pen drive into the schools hard drive and it worked absolutely fine. I come home, I stick the pen into my own laptop and my laptop just doesn't recognise it at all. I have also tried it on my sister's apple mac and my dad's computer downstairs. Can anyone help?
