You have not mentioned which Operating system and browser you are using. As per the kind of error that you are experiencing, it means the issue can be with the audio-video hardware. I will suggest some steps here for your issue:

(a) Please check the DirectX version and if its old, try to upgrade it.
(b) See the system requirements of playing this gae online and check it with what you have.
(c) Update the Sound and Video card drivers from your system manufacturer’s website.
(d) If the game requires flash and JAVA, please make sure you have the latest updated version of these installed.
(e) Try to use another browser than what you are using right now.
(f) Keep your computer clean from malwares.

I'm using Vista Home Basic.I've been using an external WD hard drive for storage and it's been fine until today. All of a sudden it has disappeared. At microsoft I used the fix it tool and it says reinstalling the driver might fix - I say yes - Device driver comes up saying installed successfully - but the drive starts working continually until I unplug the usb or turn off. The same thing repeats again.

My computer was dead slow and crashing so my friend suggested me to run “error checking”. I initiated error checking in my computer local disk c and d both. Error checking gave me repot in local disk D that I have 25 kb bad sector but didn’t gave me any option to repair it. Please tell me how can I fix this bad sector issue in local disk d.

Audio driver from manufacturer website won't install on Benq Joybook Lite U102I got this joybook as second-hand. It did have Win XP and all the drivers installed, when I got it (though no restore partition). But, it had viruses, so I reinstalled by copying my XP CD to a USB pen drive. I also downloaded all the drivers from the Benq website here. You can see that the page says "audio driver for windows xp", but after downloading the big 57 MB file, I saw that it didn't have any WinXP folder, though it does have Vista folder. The setup fails when run on this XP netbook. I've also tried downloading from another of Benq's websites but the same thing happens and the XP folder or drivers are missing. I wonder how the previous user installed the drivers, but he's unaware of it. Can someone please help me get sound on this netbook up and running? Regards, Deboo
