If the Blue screen is appearing just after connecting the monitor, try the following steps:
(A) Make sure the monitor connectors and pins are not sorting.
(B) Update the display drivers to the latest after uninstalling the older version.
(C) Run a Windows update.
(D) Update the BIOS of the system.
(E) Boot to safe mode and then try to connect, if the issue does not persist here, some background program may be causing a conflict with the graphics software. Check device manager was well for any conflicts and resolve them.
