Please check the following:
(a) Secure the cable connection, if possible reseat them.
(b) If you have another cable, try to swap it.
(c) In the monitor menu, please select the right input source.
(d) Make sure the video cable that is connected to the system is in the right port, if an additional video card is installed, connect to the one that is enabled.
(e) Check this monitor with another system and see if it works there.
(f) Make sure the system is powered on and all the lights in the system is ok, keyboard and mouse are working. The system may be beeping, if yes, there may be an issue with the system. Power it down and reseat the memory and video card at your own risk, if you feel comfortable.
