If you are not facing any issues, you can continue using the same software. Normally, the updates are released with some additions or enhancements or some bugs are taken care of. So it’s up to you. You should not be prompted to set it up again unless it’s a fresh installation.

I took backup of my files and folder in segate external hard drive. I reformatted my hard drive and installed same windows again. I plugged in the HDD to restore all data but now I can’t access them I am getting “access denied” error message. Please help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven\'t been able to print with my HP OFFICE JET 4500 WIRELESS since I exchanged it approx. a month ago. I\'ve had on-line support helping but, to no avail. I now have experienced problems trying to open videos. I received an error message pertaining to 2107 and that the internet has shut down for unexplained reasons. I think it may have to do with drivers? Are the two issues interrelated? ( printer problems and rejection from the internet)

My problem is that occasionally, my laptop’s touchpad won’t work on startup. It seems to happen every other time it is started. I can plug a USB mouse at any time and it will work just fine.If I look into the device manager when the touchpad is unresponsive, it will say that the PS/2 mouse failed to start.I've updated it to the most recent driver as found here:http://www.synaptics.com/support/driversBut this problem still persists. Any ideas how I can figure out what's wrong?
