Where was the camera icon earlier placed? Usually the camera is followed by camera utility software. You will have to download and install the Windows 7 compatible software so that you can get a shortcut to camera and start using camera by clicking on it.

I upgraded to windows 7 x64bit and now the DVDrom drive shows up but is not reading the discs, it rather asks me to insert disc and opens the drive, i already have a disk in there.
