If the touchpad is not working after the windows upgrade, I think it’s a driver issue, please try the following steps:

(a) Please run a windows update.
(b) Please visit your system manufacturer’s website and download the latest version of Touchpad drivers compatible with Windows 7.
(c) Uninstall any previous version of touchpad drivers/software.
(d) Install the new touchpad drivers with admin rights.
(e) Update the BIOS if an update is available.

I have installed software for HP Photosmart C410A printer on my computer. For some days I am able to use the printer, but time and again the software just disappears. I have to again load the installation CD for the printer. Can anyone suggest a fix for this?

I have installed the Kodak drivers on the Windows 7 computer and can print via its USB port. I have the Kodak 550 printer connected to a home networked computer running XP Professional. The home network consist of 3 computers. The other computer running Windows XP can print via the network. When I try to add the networked printer to Windows 7, it shows the networked printer but says it cannot connect. It has an operation failed error of 0x0000000d.
