Today I updated the graphics card driver installed on my computer. Now when I play videos, the computer stops responding and the screen becomes black. I have to restart the computer. Help !!

There may be some issues it seems with the new update. Where did you download the update from and does this happen only while playing videos? Please try these:

(a) Check for the compatibility of the drivers with the current OS.
(b) Download the driver and software only from the manufacturer website.
(c) Uninstall the drivers in safe mode.
(d) Restart the system and install the latest drivers.
(e) Update other video components like codecs and media player.
(f) Run a Windows update.

Hi , I am using HP Deskjet F380 All-in-One Printer . I was about to scan my papers but an error msg box keeps on poppin saying that 'a problem prevented the document from being scanned' and i recognized that apparently my default printer on my system is HP Deskjet F300 when I'm using HP Deskjet F380 all the time . Would love to hear ur feedback , thanks :D

I have a photocopier Ricoh Aficio 1013F . I can see it has Network port RJ 45. I have 5 computer I would like to install the photocopier in my computer for printing purpus. I am trying to find out how to get the IP address of the photocopier. I can't get it. The quality of the print is very fuzzy especially when I print documents from the web or try to print a boarding pass (the machine at the airport is unable to read the code bar). If I type a word document and send it to print the quality is a little better but still not clear as it used to be at the beginning.Ink cartridges are full, there are no paper jams and other than the print quality I have no more problems to report. Can you help me?
