How have you connected the TV to the laptop and where do you want the sound from? Do you want sound output from the TV? In this case you will have to either use the HDMI cable if you have this option and enable audio via HDMI or use a audio out cable from laptop to be connected in audio in of the TV, but these options need to be there. Check system documentations of the hardware to see if these possibilities exist.

Recently purchased an HP Officejet 4500 Desktop printer/fax/scanner. I programmed the fax to auto answer/connect after 2 rings. It won't connect automatically, regardless of the number of rings. I have to be home when a fax is sent to me, in order to manually push the green start button to connect and receive. Any suggestions as to what I did wrong??
