Recently I increased the storage capacity of my desktop by adding another hard disk drive. Since then the computer is not booting when I power it on. Please help me.

As per what you have mentioned, it looks initially that the boot order may have changed. You have not provided any details of the configuration like any jumper settings or where have connected the HDD. Please boot your system to BIOS screen and go to the boot order page. Here all the available hard disks will be listed. Please make sure the hard disk that contains the OS is listed at the top. Save and exit. This time the system should boot normally.
