You have not mentioned the model number of your Cisco router. In what terms you want to increase the signal strength? A simple solution is to use a stronger dB antenna if your router supports it. There are many external antennas available to be configured. You can also change some settings in the router page but I can tell you specifically if those options are available in your hardware once I know the model number. Try to keep the router away from any interference. Update the Routers firmware.
