Please elaborate when the white screen is coming, is it the very first screen or the windows logo comes up and then you see the white screen? Which OS are you using and did you make any recent changes? Please try the following:

(a) Boot to BIOS and reset it to defaults.
(b) If you are using Windows, free the F8 key and try to boot to safe mode.
(c) Use the Windows DVD to launch repair.
