Whenever I use my printer, the pages get stuck. I remove that page and give the print command. It again gets stuck in between. Why is this happening?

Which model of printer you have? Please tr the following:

(A) Make sure you are providing the pages or correct type.
(B) Check the inside of the printer for ant loose paper piece or any obstruction.
(C) Clean the inside of the printer.
(D) Clear the printer queue and try to print a test page.

I have had a 1TB WD external hard-drive for a year and a half now. It's been perfectly fine, until now. Everytime I finish using it, I safely remove it. But now, when I plug it in, my computer won't recognise it. The laptop is a brand new Dell inspiron. When the power supply is turned on, the hard-drive light goes on, and I can hear it spin and make a beep noise for 4 times, then it stops. Any ideas on the problem?
