I have about 1.25 gigs of ram and my computer is only using about 15 percent of it. i noticed this only happened after using a program called Advanced Systemcare, I did create a restore point and used it after I noticed the problems and it did not help. How do I manually make my computer use more of my ram.

Windows will use the Ram according to its needs, some programs may have the option to use specific RAM but normally the OS decides. You can lower the pagefile size and see if it helps.
