When i’m playing any game on windows 7 64-bit acer travelmate 8371g, if I press a key while trying to use the mouse (e.g. walking and aiming a gun) the mouse won’t work and i have to let go of the keyboard to use the mouse.

Are you using a wired or a wireless keyboard mouse? Please update the drivers of keyboard and mouse. The driver and the software have to be 64 bit compatible. Update the system BIOS software and Run a Windows update as well. If it is just happening in games, try to run the game in compatibility mode and check the settings of the games for any settings related to mouse.
