Few times a day, my computer stops and makes a buzz noise. It only lasts few seconds and then it keeps working. It's not shut down or anything, just a little stop, but it started to happen more occasionally lately.

You will have to identify where this noise is coming from. You will have to move near to your system and try to identify the location; it could be fans, cdrom, power supply etc. Once you identify, check if there is any obstruction and if it can be removed. For eg. there can be a surrounding wire that me be touching the fan etc. Sometimes the Fan RPM increases in response to system temperature and then it subsides when the temperature is under control.
