If the system freezes occasionally, I would suggest the following:

(a) Uninstall any other HID software or the older version of the software.
(b) Download the latest software version from http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/downloads
(c) Install the downloaded software as an administrator.
(d) Once done, re-sync the hardware.
(e) Run a Windows Update.
(f) Check device manager and remove any conflicts.

I have a photocopier Ricoh Aficio 1013F . I can see it has Network port RJ 45. I have 5 computer I would like to install the photocopier in my computer for printing purpus. I have a Epson Stylus 5400 – and it’s been in storage for about a year. I have it all hooked up to my computer and have replaced all the Ink Cartridges for new ones, and have done multiple head cleanings and head alignments and blew out the inside for any dust build up…When I print a color copy, it comes out all Yellow and Grey and with lines through it! How do I fix this problem with ough having to buy a new printer?
