My Toshiba laptop broke, I removed the hard drive and have it in an external box.It has windows vista 32 bit, I really need all the information on this old hard drive. I bought a new Toshiba with windows 7 64 bit. How do I recover the information on the old hard drive to the new one? I have a disc that when installed, it wants to clone. should I do this or not. I am old and do not understand computers that much, so step by step instructions would really be needed.

Is there any type of device that can be used to charge a Toshiba Satellite L305d laptop?
We are needing to use as a workaround for a bad power connector. I am trying to find something compatible with this model and capable of supplying power to the laptop .

My daughter has a Toshiba Satellite L305d/s5974 laptop. We are have a problem with the power supply. Will not charge or run.
Is there a dock, media cable, port replicator or any device that can use an alternate port to power and/no charge the laptop. Need a workaround rather than another expensive repair.
Please help!?
