I had a hotmail address and was using it quite frequently then i couldnt sign in using my old password but a friend told me she got a spam mail from me with someone using my name and address with yahoo behind it how do i recover my address and mail which is important to me?

Why can’t I “Forward, Reply, To, BCC, CC” contacts? All I can do is manually input addresses and type a message. When I try to “forward, or reply” the previous mail is not shown. I get a blank formatted page. McAfee security has deleted IE and reinstalled and ran their scan.?
