When I try to send messages from Microsoft Outlook Express, the program hangs. I am just not able to send e-mails. Any idea why this is occurring??

Hello, I am facing issues in sending e-mails through Microsoft Outlook Express 6. When I click the Send button, an error occurs and the mail is saved in the Outbox. I am also unable to send the message from the outbox. Please help.?

I get very annoying popup message when I open outlook express. It says username and password, it has ok and cancel button. I know my username and password both are correct. I changed it many times always click on ok but nothing happens. Please help me in removing this popup message.Add info:I can send and receive emails and I have windows XP home.?
