If you wish to have a separate mailbox for both the e-mail address, then it is possible.
Follow these steps to make the necessary changes to all the e-mails from both accounts to come into different inbox
a) Open Microsoft Outlook 2007
b) Click on Tools
c) Click on Account Settings
d) Here you will see the two e-mail accounts that you have setup.
e) Select the e-mail account for which you want a different mailbox
f) Once you have done that, click on “change”
g) This will open the dialogue box showing the default PST folders in which you are receiving the mails. As you want a different inbox for the second e-mail account, click on new mailbox.
h) This will take you to the default location to save your .pst files which have your mails in it
i) If you already have a .pst folder in which you want the e-mails for the selected e-mail account to come, then all you have to do is to browse to the location and select the .pst file and click on open.
j) If you do not have an existing .pst file and want to create a new one, then give the file a name and click on open
k) This will create a new pst file for you and it will take you back to the window where you have to select the Inbox under the new pst folder and click on ok
l) Now you will see a new mailbox on the left hand menu, which will show a separate inbox, and now you will receive all the mails for the second e-mail account in this new inbox.
