Please try these steps to resolve the issue:
a) Disable e-mail scanning in the security software that you have installed
b) Disable the security software and try again
c) Open Internet Explorer. Click on Tools, Internet Options, Connections, LAN Settings, make sure that nothing is checked. Check if that helps
d) On Internet Explorer, click on Tools, Internet Options, click on Programs tab, manage add-ons, disable all the unwanted add-ons, save changes and try again.
e) Clear the temp folders:
• Click Start->Click Run->Type Temp and click on OK->Delete all file
• Click Start->Click Run->Type %Temp% and click on OK->Delete all files
• Click Start->Click Run->Type Prefetch and click on OK->Delete all files
f) Run a disk cleanup
• Click on start
• Click on run
• Type cleanmgr and click on ok
• Remove all the unwanted files.
g) Uninstall any unwanted program installed on the computer.
