Found unauthorized names on my Hotmail Contact list and cannot delete them (they do NOT show up when I look at “Contacts”) but are present if I go to send a new email by clicking the “To” button and selecting “all”. Any suggestions on how to delete the unauthorized names ?

This is a pending Group Network Invitation causing your issue. To resolve this, you need to decline the Invitation by following these steps:

1. Click Contacts.
2. Click View invitations.
3. Click on Groups.
4. Click No, thanks.
