You need to create exception in Norton firewall * Right click on Norton icon on notification area and click on open norton security. * Now click on settings option * Click on firewall and exception tab * Click on add and select yahoo and apply the settings.

I installed hotmail connector and was using hotmail with outlook 2010 without any problem but now it says “This service is currently unavailable. Please try again later. To continue accessing your email through Microsoft Outlook you must upgrade to the latest version of Outlook Connector.” When I try to upgrade it nothing happens.
