Don’t worry, if you don’t link this program, I will guide you through the steps to remove it. If you would have mentioned the errors that bothers you the most, we would have even worked that out. Anyways, you have not mentioned the OS but I guess it is Windows XP. You can either disable Outlook Express or uninstall it. Please backup any data in Outlook before proceeding. Here are the steps to disable Outlook Express:

Click start button. When a screen appears, guide the cursor to control panel and left click the mouse. When the next screen appears, guide the cursor to add/remove programs. You can double left click the mouse or right click it once and then left click open when the small screen appears.

Now you should see a screen with add/remove Windows components on the left side of the screen. Left click it twice or right click it and then select open. Add/remove Windows components screen should now appear with a list of its components. Scroll down the list by left clicking the small scroll bar to your right until you find Outlook Express. If you find a check mark in the small box by Outlook Express. Click the box. This should cause the check mark to disappear. Now select next or continue, then select finish. When you turn off or restart your computer, Outlook Express should no longer be enabled

If you want to completely uninstall it, this will involve editing registry and renaming and deleting several files and folders hence I would suggest avoiding it. Disabling should do away with the errors that you are getting.
