You can right click next to the menu bar and select Customize, under toolbar tab, click reset, Now under the Options tab, click Reset menu and toolbar usage data. Click Ok and restart Outlook and then check.

I ran scanpst for my pst file as outlook wouldn't open, now outlook opens however all my emails i stored in my folders are saying "this item cannot be displayed in the reading pane, open the item to read its contents. However when i try to open the emails they all say "cannot open this item, this value is not valid for the status field", anyone ever seen this error before and know how to fix it?
