What I normally do is to use the replace utility, for eg. if I have to remove all commas, I will search for comma in the find box and in the replace box I will keep nothing, its empty and then click replace all, this does the job for me. There are also some third party utilities that do these kind of jobs but I have never used them.

I am using Outlook 2007 as my email program. Lately I noticed that the font has been changing from ‘arial narrow 11 blue’ to ‘arial 10 black’ even when I keep setting it to the former. Is this normal? Is there a way I can stop this from happening?

I get very annoying popup message when I open outlook express. It says username and password, it has ok and cancel button. I know my username and password both are correct.
