Please try these steps and check if you are able to get back the e-mails:

a) Open Microsoft Outlook
b) Click on Tools
c) Click on Recover Deleted Items. This will display the deleted e-mails
d) Select the ones that you wish to recover and then click on the Recover Selected Items icon on the top.
e) If you do not see the Recover deleted Items option under tools, then try these steps:
f) Click on Start
g) Click on run. Type regedit and click on ok. This will open the Registry Editor for you.
Note: The registry contains critical settings that are necessary for your system to function properly. Wrong changes made in the registry can cause damage to your system.
h) Navigate to the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\Client\Options
i) Now on the right menu, right click and click on new >> DWORD Value (32 bit)
j) Type the name as DumpsterAlwaysOn and set the value as 1
