Outlook 2010 is downloading duplicate emails over and over again. I have the setting enabled to “Leave a copy of messages on the server” – I require this for my environment. When I take this setting off, Outlook does not download duplicate emails and works correctly. However I require this setting to be enabled.

We can check if this issue is happening due to corrupt profile. Please create a new profile and backup your PST. Try to send and receive again under new profile and see if the issue reoccurs.
