I would advise you to backup all emails and settings and then uninstall and then reinstall the Windows Live mail. You can download it from here at http://explore.live.com/windows-live-mail

I installed hotmail connector and was using hotmail with outlook 2010 without any problem but now it says “This service is currently unavailable. Please try again later.
