Internet Explorer's AutoComplete feature lets you more quickly fill out web forms and navigate to websites you have visited in the past

• In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
• On the Content tab, in the AutoComplete section, click Settings. In the AutoComplete Settings dialog box, populate the appropriate check boxes for the AutoComplete options you do wish to use, and then click OK.
To enable Windows Mail completing email addresses and contacts as you start typing them when addressing emails:
• Select Tools | Options... from the menu.
• Go to the Send tab.
• Make sure Automatically complete e-mail addresses when composing is checked or not checked.
• Click OK.
