I assume your daughter is getting too many spam/junk emails with loads of hyperlinks in it and you want to stop it. Anti spamming features are normally inbuilt into email program. If you use web email go to settings and configure the spam settings, if you use a mail client, you can also configure it. I cannot open the default profile in outlook 2007 since service pack 2 was installed on my vista ultimate 64-bit edition machine by windows update. I receive the error "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window."
