well, i tried about everything i could. in the end i took it all the way back to Vista and loaded all factory drivers for this model. Nada, i really figured with how well this thing ran (aside from gaming) that i would be able to salvage the bios. but, i guess i should be happy i didnt brick the damned thing. i am going to combine this unit and my slave unit and gift it to the kids. start looking to Newegg for the creation of the new monster. will be a slow build in this economy. anyhow, thank you for your help and keep up the good work.
