Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue and check if it resolves the problem:
1. Use the Windows 7 troubleshooter for ‘Network and Internet’. To do so, click Start, type ‘troubleshooting’. Click ‘Troubleshooting’ and run the ‘Network and Internet’ troubleshooter.
2. Update the driver for the Network Adapter by downloading it from the manufacturer’s website.
3. Reset the router to factory settings and update its firmware.
