If the audio vanishes after some time, there may be some program conflicting or a drivers issue. Please try the following steps:
(a) Update the audio drivers to the latest version from the manufacturer website.
(b) Run a Windows Update.
(c) Use the msconfig utility to minimize background programs that are running.
(d) Try to use another audio player software.
(e) Update the system BIOS software.
(f) Uninstall any third party software controlling audio, if any.
