You have not mentioned much details of the issue you are facing. Are you sure they are dead? What all steps you have tried. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot USB issues:
(a) Update the USB Hub driver.
(b) Update the BIOS software.
(c) Run a Windows Update.
(d) Check in the manufacturers website if there is a firmware update available for the device.
(e) Try another USB port.
(f) Check if you have another USB cable.
If you still believe that the USB ports are not working, the only way out is to use an expansion card. You can also think of sending the main board for repair or replacing the board.
