This may be due to missing codecs. A codec encodes a data stream or signal for transmission, storage or encryption, or decodes it for playback or editing. You can download free codecs from http://www.free-codecs.com/download/k_lite_codec_pack.htm

I just received a phone call from someone identifying himself as iYogi. I want to make use it is really coming from iYogi. They have a different phone number (239-935-8114) and a different Remote control program. He said my computer had called them saying I had a problem and was about to crash. Is this really coming from iYogi? Thanks, the caller said I have a software problem but didn't tell me which software.

I have a LG DVD-RAM drive. Due to some unknown reason my Hardware driver has been altered to some other driver name though my previous driver still exists and is on the Hardware list. My actual driver was "HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH22NS40 SCSI CdRom device" which was changed to "ST325031 8AS SCSI Disk Device" But despite several attempt I can't restore my previous driver name as my default disk drive hardware. My DVD RAM can't read CD/DVD now due to this reason. Need urgent help. Thank You.

I have had several calls about errors on my laptop. I send $520 on August 5 to correct problem. Nothing happened. Two weeks ago got a phone call from Michelle about same problem Explained the above problems. She said she would check on problem. Still no response. A very unhappy customer.
