Here we first need to make sure the device is in good working condition. If you have another system available, please make sure the device is working in the other system. You can also try another USB port. (a) Update the USB Hub driver.
(b) Update the BIOS software.
(c) Run a Windows Update.
(d) Check in the manufacturers website if there is a firmware update available for the device.
(e) Try another USB port.
(f) Check if you have another USB cable.
