I had one client complain that when he received an email, there was one image that showed up as a thumbnail/ it was compressed. all the other images were fine. no one else had this issue. we can\'t replicate it. any ideas as to why that one image appeared as a thumbnail for him?

Considering that this happened with just one image, in one email, to only one of the recipients, just once, it seems to be a glitch unless someone inadvertently inserted the picture into the body of the mail while adding the attachments. If the mail was sent to all the recipients together, there is no logical explanation for what happened.
