I was trying to connect an external display to my Windows 7-based laptop, but the system crashed and there was the blue screen error. How can I fix this issue??

In Windows 7, when I tried to share a network resource using the Net Use command, error message “System error 5 has occurred. Access is denied” was displayed. Please advise how to resolve the error.?
